ELIDZ Science and Technology Park Masterplan

The East London IDZ development is set to include a world class Science and Technology park on the site of the current Alexander golf course. The Matrix was appointed to develop the masterplan/framework for this development, which is designed in clusters. Besides the science and technology related functions, these clusters will include commercial and residential buildings in order to create a vibrant mixed-use development.
