Pendennis Court

Pendennis Court is a block of flats built in the late 1980's in Humewood (erf 562, co/ Humewood and Windermere Road). The upgrade entails a new boundary wall, due to the current security risks in the area; a new entrance structure; the upgrade and modernisation of the external facades; and at a later stage, the upgrade of the internal public spaces of the building.
