Renovations to House Cawse

Situated in a quiet upmarket suburb in Port Elizabeth, the brief for the renovation of House Cawse involved the redesign of the existing living room and kitchen, including the enclosure of an outside patio and entertainment area. Requesting a high-tech yet relaxed personal touch that would suitably reflect the warmth and hospitable nature of this family home, the design brief called for an inventive response to a contemporary home setting. Characterised by a number of separated rooms and spaces, the client requested that the design is capable of integrating the house in a holistic manner, creating a connected and complete living environment.
